About Safe Care
What is Safe Care?
Safe Care (safec.shop) is an online store based in Amman, Jordan, that curates safer everyday products in one place: face and sun care, Swiss hair care, brow and lash tools, plant-based home cleaning, pet treats and rechargeable batteries. Our motto: your one destination shop for a safe living, delivered to your home.
Which brands do you sell?
Rausch (Swiss hair care since 1890), ATTITUDE (plant-based home cleaning from Canada), Physio Natura (Energheia, Jalica and Bronzea face and sun care), Browgame (brow and lash tools), CosmoPet (dog and cat treats) and GMCELL (USB-C rechargeable batteries). See Our Brands for details.
Do you offer bundles?
Yes. Our bundles combine products that work together, for example a Rausch shampoo and conditioner duo or an ATTITUDE kitchen set, at about 10% less than buying each item separately.
Delivery and payment
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Jordan, to Iraq, and to the Palestinian Territories (West Bank, Jerusalem and Inside 48).
How much does delivery cost?
Jordan: home delivery for a flat 2 JOD.
Iraq: 12 JOD for orders up to 2 kg, then 3 JOD for each extra kg.
Palestine: for orders up to 2 kg, 14 JOD to the West Bank, 16 JOD to Jerusalem and 24 JOD to Inside 48, then 3 JOD for each extra kg.
The exact price is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.
How long does delivery take?
In Jordan, orders are usually delivered the next day. Delivery to Iraq usually takes 3 to 10 days, and to Palestine 3 to 7 days.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available, so you can pay when your order arrives.
Returns and orders
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, personal care products such as skincare, hair care and cosmetics cannot be returned once delivered. Other items can be returned within 30 days if unused and in their original packaging. Contact us at admin@safecarejo.com to start a return.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, and we will make it right.
Choosing products
Which Rausch shampoo is best for hair loss or thinning hair?
The Rausch Caffeine range with ginseng (shampoo, conditioner and intensive scalp fluid) is made for hair prone to thinning. The Willow Bark Treatment range is for weak hair and a stressed scalp. For the full routine, see the Caffeine Hair-Loss Routine Bundle.
Which Rausch product is for dandruff, grey hair or coloured hair?
Dandruff and flaky scalp: the Anti-Dandruff range with coltsfoot. Grey, white or blonde hair: Silver-Shine with sage. Coloured hair: the Avocado and Colour-Protecting products. Oily scalp: Degreasing with seaweed. Sensitive scalp: Sensitive with heartseed.
Are ATTITUDE cleaning products suitable for homes with babies and pets?
ATTITUDE makes plant-based cleaners and is an EWG Verified brand. The line includes fragrance-free (Unscented) and Extra Gentle options, plus products made for babies, such as Baby Bottle & Dishwashing Liquid and Toy & Surface Cleaner. See our Home Care collection.
Are CosmoPet treats hypoallergenic?

How do GMCELL rechargeable batteries charge?
